my story

55 yrs old

I was 55 when I took the life-changing choice to get in shape and lose weight for good. I put on my running shoes and started eating better and exercising regularly because I was serious about improving my health and living a fuller life.

running

As I began to run, I realized that each stride was a demonstration of my fortitude and perseverance. In fact, I found that the first difficulties and muscular tightness fueled my will to work even harder and go the additional mile. Over time, I was able to lose weight and show a new, healthier, and more confident me.

eating

My eating habits also changed drastically. I ditched my unhealthy diet in favor of one that provides my body with the nutrients it needs. I lost weight, gained energy, and learned the importance of a healthy diet in improving one’s health and well-being. As a result of my experiences, I may now serve as a role model for others.

never to late

Age, I concluded, is nothing more than a number, and that it is never too late to make a fresh start. I’ve made it my mission to help people of all ages recognize and appreciate their inherent resilience as they become older by sharing the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gained along the way.

I am secure in my physical abilities and my passion for inspiring people to improve the quality of their lives.

living proof

I am living proof that hard work, perseverance, and faith in oneself can accomplish great things. I hope that the words I write and the tales I tell will encourage people of every stage of life to recognize their own power within and set out on their own paths of personal growth and development.

together

Together, we can push past our doubts and show the world that it’s never too late to get in shape and feel great about ourselves.

build community

My mission is to build a community where people of all ages may find encouragement and inspiration to make health and fitness a top priority, therefore demonstrating that age is no obstacle to success.

my mission

My objective is to help people enjoy being active. I think that staying physically busy and involved in a fitness routine at every stage of life will add tremendous value to your life.

I respect the beauty and strength of all kinds of movement, whether it’s dancing, swimming, running, lifting, climbing, or anything else that gets us moving.

This blog is to help new and old fitness people learn parts of fitness while disciplining themselves, understanding their bodies’ strengths, and appreciating the joy and fulfillment that comes with connecting with it.

We need to enjoy each success along the way because it’s important to recognize and celebrate even the smallest steps forward and applaud every effort, whether it’s putting on running shoes for the first time or finishing a race, getting effective at a new Pilates move, or setting a new record for themselves.

Celebrating these accomplishments will make you feel good, and that subsequently makes them far more inclined to break through the limits they put on themselves and achieve more than they initially thought they could.
